Great professionalism, communication and service. Super happy with our new roof. The job site was left very tidy. When Spruce came out to bid on the work, they took the time to put a temporary patch on the old roof to stop rainwater from coming down into our bedroom ceiling. Very much appreciated.

Spruce Properties recently did a complete renovation of our bathroom. They replaced the old bathtub/shower combo with a lipless walk-in shower, installed new wall tiles, a heated floor and replaced the old galvanized plumbing. We’re totally pleased with the results. But beyond that the workers were very pleasant to work with and they showed everyday as scheduled and adjusted their schedule when we needed a week off to take care of a personal matter. We would definitely consider using Spruce Properties again for any new renovations.

Sean and his crew were a pleasure to work with on our roofing project. They were very responsive to all our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. We now have a new roof with skylights that we love. We will definitely use them again.

I used them for the first time and received a quote for repair for my house. I thought it was reasonable and they were kind so I booked the appointment. After the appointment was done I received the bill and I was pleasantly surprised. It was substantially lower that then the quote and I was given. I called and I was told that after the work was done he didn't feel good or it didn't take the amount that was on the quote. Who does that now days? They're the best company that I've ever used. Will defiantly use them again. Great job Spruce!!!!

We had Spruce Properties remove an old cantilever deck from our house. They also removed the sliding glass door that provided access to the deck and replaced it with a wall and window. I was very impressed with the professionalism Chris and Hunter displayed throughout the entire project. Chris listened to all my concerns and took the time to fully answer all my questions, explain other options and show me newer construction tips and techniques used today. I was also very satisfied with detailed cleanup at the completion of the project. I am extremely pleased with the work Chris and Hunter did on our house and I would definitely use Spruce Properties for future projects.
